On September 17, 2020, Cambridge Manor underwent a Quality Monitoring Visit and a CMOH inspection under Public Health. The Quality Monitoring Visit identified non-compliance in several areas, including enhanced cleaning, outbreak prevention and management, hand hygiene, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). The CMOH inspection also found non-compliance in enhanced cleaning (Sub-Standard 1.5) and the entry screening process (Sub-Standard 1.1).
