On June 7, 2022, Cambridge Manor underwent both a CMOH inspection under Public Health and an inspection under the Accommodation Standard. The facility was found to be compliant with all relevant standards during both inspections.

✅  February 2022

On February 3, 2022, a complaint investigation was conducted under the Accommodation Standard at Cambridge Manor. The investigation found the facility to be compliant with the standards being assessed.

✅  January 2022

On January 10, 2022, a Quality Monitoring Visit under Public Health was conducted at Cambridge Manor. The facility was found to be compliant with all public health standards during this visit.

🔍  November 2021

On November 30, 2021, a CCHSS audit was conducted at Cambridge Manor. The audit identified several areas of non-compliance, including issues related to secure space usage (Sub-Standard 16.6), documentation and implementation of restraint use policies (Sub-Standard 16.1), policies regarding safe water temperatures (Sub-Standard 15.1), review and creation of care plans (Sub-Standards 8.1, 1.8, and 1.2).

🔍  August 2021

On August 10, 2021, Cambridge Manor underwent a CMOH inspection under Public Health and an inspection under the Accommodation Standard. The CMOH inspection found the facility to be compliant with public health standards. However, the Accommodation Standard inspection identified non-compliance in the area of preventative and corrective maintenance (Sub-Standard 3.2).

On June 18, 2021, a complaint investigation was conducted under the Accommodation Standard. The facility was found to be compliant with the standards being reviewed.

✅  February 2021

On February 23, 2021, an inspection under the Accommodation Standard was conducted at Cambridge Manor. The facility was found to be compliant with all accommodation standards.

✅  December 2020

On December 2, 2020, Cambridge Manor underwent two Quality Monitoring Visits under Public Health. The facility was found to be compliant with all relevant public health standards during both visits.

✅  October 2020

On October 5 and October 28, 2020, two separate Quality Monitoring Visits under Public Health were conducted. The facility was found to be compliant with all public health standards during both visits.

🔍  September 2020

On September 17, 2020, Cambridge Manor underwent a Quality Monitoring Visit and a CMOH inspection under Public Health. The Quality Monitoring Visit identified non-compliance in several areas, including enhanced cleaning, outbreak prevention and management, hand hygiene, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). The CMOH inspection also found non-compliance in enhanced cleaning (Sub-Standard 1.5) and the entry screening process (Sub-Standard 1.1).

On July 9, 2020, an inspection under the Accommodation Standard was conducted at Cambridge Manor. The facility was found to be compliant with all accommodation standards being assessed.
