The inspection found the facility to be non-compliant in several areas, including therapeutic tub temperature checks (Sub-Standard 21.4), maintaining safe water temperatures (Sub-Standard 21.1), and incident reporting (Sub-Standard 18.4).

On August 29, 2022, a Quality Monitoring Visit under Public Health was conducted at AgeCare Bow Crest. The facility was found to be compliant with all relevant public health standards during this visit.

On August 10, 2022, a complaint investigation was conducted under the Accommodation Standard at AgeCare Bow Crest. The facility was found to be compliant with the standards being assessed.
