Indemnification

DOLLARS ($100.00).  SOME PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

International and Non-Canadian Use

Good Caring Canada makes no representation that the Content is appropriate or available for use in locations outside of Canada, and accessing the Site is prohibited from territories where such Content is illegal.  If you access the Site from other locations, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Modifications to Terms and Conditions

Good Caring Canada reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend these Terms and Conditions of Use from time to time. You are responsible for proactively checking for any changes. If you continue to use the Site after changes have been posted, you agree to be bound by the changes.
