Please guys don’t go there believe me it’s best option to go back home and get treatments there. I don’t know how they became Doctors here. I got my reports from other clinic three days ago only, my Vitamin D, Iron & B12 were really low. I was passing out few times in last 10 days and falling at floor atleast 6-7 times per day. I fall down at this hospital as well in front of everyone and They gave me the REPORT of NORMAL. How the hell is this possible?? Plz don’t waste your time here. They can’t get your blood report right here. Garbage of time.

I was at this hospital for 2 almost 3 hours waiting to be seen and when i finally was seen the doctor didn’t even look at what was wrong with me just said we’ll give you your epi pen without even looking at my symptoms when i pointed that out he wrote me a prescription for reactne…. never going y

The hospital should have a meeting with triage and inform them that they are the main faces of the hospital and if you’re going to hate your job so much to either fake it or quit because when you see someone waiting in front of the window you don’t look at them and then turn around and start talking to your coworkers for minutes while I’m still standing there waiting. Then when I’m coming back to ask for gauze because I’m bleeding and registration doesn’t have equipment they’re looking at me sideways like they don’t know the word gauze. Then have to show her my wound bleeding because she doesn’t want to give me the gauze then takes her time getting the gauze. By all means I don’t care, I’m not the one cleaning up my blood because you have employee hates her job and give attitude. How about you check the cameras between 12-1am and figure out who hates their job because the other two staff were willing to finish clearing the triage before going in their breaks.

Very bad experience with urgent care clinic/stroke prevention clinic . Please communicate with your front desk that you only attend Canadian citizens at your clinics , so they do not proceed with registration .Also resource nurse need some education sessions for customer service . She is suggesting me to take my mom back home to see a doctor.
